HONEYSUCKLE HOTEL

Honeysuckle Hotel incorporated the refurbishment of Lee Wharf C building which is one of two remaining federation style wharf sheds positioned along the prominent Honeysuckle Foreshore. These buildings were first built between 1908 and 1910 to serve as general cargo sheds for the Port of Newcastle. 

EPA were the Electrical Design consultants responsible for the Design snd Documentation of the Electrical Services including power and lighting. 


LUCKY HOTEL, NEWCASTLE

EPA were engaged by The McCloy Group to undertake the Design and Documentation of the Electrical Services for the $6 million dollar revamp of the Lucky Country Hotel in Newcastle. The redevelopment includes a restaurant, fully enclosed courtyard, and 40 hotel rooms, each with an en-suite.

THE MERCURE, WILLIAMTOWN - NEWCASTLE AIRPORT

Electrical Projects Australia were the Electrical Consultants responsible for the Design and Documentation of the Electrical Services for the new Mercure Newcastle Airport. The hotel, located on Williamtown Road adjacent to Newcastle Airport, is a 4-star rated hotel with 95 rooms.

Hotel facilities include a bar and restaurant, gymnasium, and conference facilities. EPA were engaged by GWH Build for this project.

 


MEREWETHER SURFHOUSE

EPA were engaged by Sailors Rock Pty Ltd to complete Design & Documentation of the Electrical Services including power and lighting layouts for the popular Newcastle venue; Merewether Surfhouse.

The 3 storey facility comprises of a restaurant and bar, function rooms, and a beachfront kiosk and cafe.
